On November 3, 2021, Ambassador of Uruguay to China, H.E. Mr. Fernando Lugris, visited Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, accompanied by Ms. Mercedes Aguiar, First Secretary of the Embassy of Uruguay in China. SIIS President Chen Dongxiao exchanged views with Ambassador Lugris on international issues of common interest.
